Hockey Off Season Training

Hockey Off Season training is useful for players to get the upper hand by staying fit and ready to dive back into play during the off season. This prevents the loss of time re-training when getting back into the game come winter by incorporating all of the physiological components required to succeed in hockey ah other such explosive sports. Both of the following programs utilize the latest scientific methodologies specific to hockey training and conditioning. Any required correction of muscle imbalances, injuries or ligament, tendon or joint instability will be addressed and incorporated into the program.

Resistance Weight Training, Strength & Conditioning Program

Cost of this program is $210.00 and is payable during the first week of training or at your first seminar.

This 5-seminar program includes a manual, training diary and constant monitoring. This program covers the five key phases of training specific to hockey to enhance speed and power:

  • 1. Endurance
  • 2. Strength
  • 3. Power
  • 4. Explosiveness
  • 5. Hypertrophy


Techniques to develop these abilities include proprioception exercises, functional and rotational core stabilizing, flexibility, ballistic training and plyometrics.
Gym work includes resistance training, plyometrics and weight training.

Summer Aerobic and Anaerobic Sprint Training Program

Cost of this program is $210.00 and due during the first week of training or at your first seminar.
This program includes 25 sessions which cover the following:

  • Aerobic training (endurance runs)
  • Anaerobic training (interval sprinting)
  • Heart rate monitoring through periodization
  • Plyometric exercises
  • Ballistic training
  • Balance practice (static and dynamic)
